HOUSTON — Bill White will be in Gilmer discussing issues facing the state’s future, including jobs and education. The Democratic gubernatorial nominee will meet and greet the public at the Gilmer Civic Center, beginning at 4:30 p.m. next Wednesday, Aug. 18.
