As we labor away on this Labor Day, we revisit our first annual “Guaranteed predictions” column (Sept. 8, 2009) and note that we guaranteed that a few of our prognostications, “may actually turn out to be correct and a great many more are guaranteed to make us look Dumb and Dumber.”
