Montana Tucker to Release New Track “Turn It Up” Featuring Rapper Flo Rida

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 5, 2008

Multi-talented pop singer, songwriter, actress, and dancer Montana Tucker is set to release her new single called “Turn It Up” featuring rap superstar Flo Rida. Written by Montana Tucker, Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Betty Wright (Joss Stone, Danity Kane, Beyonce Knowles) and Flo Rida, the energetically upbeat hip hop track was produced by the Diaz Brothers (Pitbull, DJ Khaled, Daddy Yankee).

“Working with my idol Betty Wright is always a pleasure but I got the best of both worlds because Flo Rida’s involvement was amazing too. I love writing my own music but collaborating with such incredible artists makes it even better. I am really excited about this single,” says Tucker.

Recorded and produced in Los Angeles and Miami, the project came to fruition after Tucker and Flo Rida met while working on the “Step Up 2- The Streets” soundtrack. Tucker’s track “Ain’t No Stressin” and Flo Rida’s #1 hit single “Low” were both featured on the album. After conversations at several premieres for the film, the two reunited at Rick Ross’ red carpet event in Miami, where collaborating on a project was discussed. The two got their teams together with the Diaz Brothers and solidified the production.

Tucker’s attorney and Flo Rida’s management team and label are eagerly working on releasing project details, however, the official release date has not been solidified as of yet.

Dr. Newton?s Naturals Announces the Release of Dr. Pinkus? Sublingual Vitamin D-3

(PRWEB) February 3, 2010

Dr. Newton?s Naturals, a leading provider of high quality nutritional supplements, announces the release of Dr. Pinkus? Sublingual Vitamin D-3. Optimizing 5,000 UI of cholecalciferol to build immunity, clarity, and bone density, this high potency formula was developed to address the 70% of Americans who are Vitamin D deficient. These on-the-go sublingual tablets utilize a rapid absorption technology to release Vitamin D-3 directly into the bloodstream.

The formula?s creator, Dr. Michael Pinkus, explains, “Studies reveal that Vitamin D plays a much more significant role in our health than once believed. In fact, research suggests that people can avoid and even turn around many health issues by maintaining proper levels of Vitamin D-3. This data inspired my breakthrough formula and drove the reasoning behind the 5,000 IU dosage and the sublingual delivery system ? which, by the way, is particularly effective for people unable to break down fats in an oil-based supplement.”

Chris Homer, President of Dr. Newton?s Naturals, said, ?Many doctors now recommend Vitamin D supplements to their patients. That says a great deal about the scientific findings that have emerged over the past decade. We now know that it’s almost impossible to get the proper amount of Vitamin D without a supplement. In fact, scientists estimate that a Vitamin D deficiency is one of the most common medical issues facing the country today.”

On the topic of Dr. Newton’s Naturals’ customers, Homer says, “Our demographic is well informed. It isn’t just that they read about Vitamin D making headlines. They do their own research and discuss what they’ve learned with us, and their doctors. It’s a major factor in the success of our Vitamin D-3 formula. It’s now our fastest-growing product.”

Founded in 1994, Dr. Newton?s Naturals has become one of the leading multi-channel vitamin and nutritional supplement companies in the United States. Headquartered in Portland, Maine, the company also has a distribution center in Clearwater, Florida.

Dr. Michael Pinkus is a national spokesperson for alternative health care. An author and guest on over 500 radio and TV talk shows, his patients include NFL, NBA and Olympic athletes. He has dedicated over a quarter of a century to researching several keys to health, and has developed some of the finest quality nutritional supplements on the market today.

Doc?s Sports to Release Big Ten Game of the Year ? Top Selection Which Earned Worldwide Recognition

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) November 10, 2005

On the heels of an 8-1 weekend against the point spread in college football, Doc?s Sports will release their Big Ten Game of the Year this Saturday, Nov. 12. This game helped the sports information and handicapping company, which is in its 35th year in business, become a worldwide phenomenon as the Game of the Year hit an unprecedented 19 years in a row, even moving the betting line in Las Vegas more than seven points one year.

?There have been a few professional handicappers over the years that have been able to influence the Las Vegas line, but at one point during our 19-year streak there were so many people that wanted to go with our play that the line was moved more than seven by the bookmakers,? said Doc Moseman, owner and founder of Doc?s Sports. ?The oddsmakers knew they would get so much money on our side that they had to move the line to protect themselves since all the action was coming from one direction.?

Doc?s started the company in 1971 with one phone line and big dreams. Thanks in part to the Big Ten Game of the Year and endless dedicated hours pouring over lines and statistics, Doc?s has stood the test of time and remains one of the most well known companies in the thriving sports handicapping business.

?We have always taken a low-key approach, and that is the reason I think that we have been so successful over the years,? added Moseman. ?We are always honest and tell the customer that there are no sure things. Although we give them the best chance to win, there are always unforeseen things that can happen. In all our years in business, we have never made an unsolicited outgoing phone call. If you work hard and do a good job, the customers will always be there.?

Doc?s has been releasing their Big Ten Game of the Year since 1972 and it is their strongest play of the year in any sport (Doc?s releases expert picks in college and pro football and basketball along with MLB and NHL selections, among others). Doc?s picks this game according to a variety of intangibles, which include many motivational factors.

?You look for things like revenge or whether a team has a morale problem,? commented Moseman. ?There may be a team that started the season poorly but is just starting to come on and have some success. A lot of times we will take a home team in a game that is the final game for the seniors on the squad. Those are the types of things we look for.?

Last year?s game was an example of how things don?t always go as planned. Penn State hosted Iowa in their Homecoming game and came into the contest as 3-point favorites. Doc?s selection was the favorite and the game could have been won a handful of times in the second half but the home team blew many opportunities to score.

This year?s game, however, looks to be very strong ? quite possibly the strongest Big Ten Game of the Year Doc?s has ever released.

?It is a perfect situation with this game,? concluded Moseman. ?The timing is right and it is a very emotional game for this team. We are expecting big things this Saturday.?

Doc?s Sports has been in business since 1971 and it has established itself as one of the leaders in the sports information industry. Industry luminaries from Nevada to Costa Rica continue to praise Doc?s team for its hard work and strong moral fiber.

American Artist, Ed Booth, To Release New Image of Mike Powell At Laguna Beach Sawdust Art Festival

Rancho Cucamonga, CA (PRWEB) December 6, 2005

Artist Ed Booth will release his latest image, a signed and number giclee of Mike Powell, the current World Record Holder in the long jump.

Powell, who broke Bob Beamon?s long standing record while beating Carl Lewis with a leap of 29?4.5 inches in 1991, was recently inducted into the Track and Field Hall of Fame.

“This image is titled “Taking Flight” and I wanted to catch the energy of Mike as he took wing, so to speakm” states Booth.

Ed Booth is currently exhibiting in Booth 130 at The Laguna Beach Sawdust Art Festival, Winter Fantasy, located at 935 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, California, will be held over four weekends, November 19th-20th, 25th-27th, December 3rd-4th, and 10th-11th during the hours of 10 am to 6 pm.

?This is my first time exhibiting at the Sawdust. I am pleased with all the positive feedback I have received from both show attendees and other participating artists,? continues Booth.

Ed Booth?s exhibit also features limited editions of NFL greats Christian Okoye and Eric Dickerson. Limited editions are also signed by the athletes themselves.

The original oil painting of the Christian Okoye limited edition was sold recently during a celebrity auction at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.

Also included in the exhibit will be another original oil that was commissioned for the Christian Okoye Foundation Celebrity Golf Tournaments and used in promotional material.

During the Sawdust Festival Ed Booth will be demonstrating his painting styles using oils and mixed media.

Born in Austin, Texas in 1958, Ed Booth realized by high school that art was his passion. Although studying both fine and graphic arts did not lead to a career in the arts, the first several years after graduation helped him learn to “know myself – my limitations as well as my abilities.” After a tour of military duty he enrolled in college to study landscape architecture and graphic design.

The California real estate bust in the early ?90s focused his efforts in graphic arts and he established a successful graphic design firm. However, fine art remained his first love and whenever possible he steps away from his computers and to his easel.

Acknowledged by his peers as a master of the use of color and a self-avowed student of composition, Ed brings to his images a sense of life and vibrancy not often found in contemporary works. Depending on his subject matter, Ed will paint in either a soft impressionistic style or if the subject dictates, a bold style bordering on abstract expressionism.

He readily admits to being influenced by Vincent Van Gogh, Paul Gaugin and Robert Clunie as well as contemporary masters LeRoy Nieman, Richard Coons and Howard Behrens. He has equal facility with both brush and knife and is very adept at using a limited palette.

A keen sense of how man interacts with nature, and of how nature often has the upper hand in those interactions, is one of the hallmarks of Booth’s work. Another hallmark is his candid portraiture of people at work or play.

He also has a deep and abiding love of nature. Influenced by Clunie and Coons, he is starting to explore the Eastern Sierra Nevada, John Muir’s “Range of Light” and will soon be displaying images based on Sierra landscapes.

Ed currently resides in the apple growing community of Oak Glen, CA, in the southern end of the San Bernardino Mountains. The peaceful community is perfect for artistic pursuits.

For information on any of Booth’s images, or to commission an original image, please visit him at http://www.edboothart.com or call 909-790-6781.
